This kit contains everything you need to ceramic coat your boat

Ceramic coating your boat is the perfect way to prolong it's appearance both short term and long term.

Short term, the hydrophobic lotus-effect and slickness help water droplets carrying dirt bead off before drying out and depositing minerals or dust particles. When it is time to wash, you'll notice how much easier cleaning is thanks to the non-stick surface.

Long term, the UV inhibitors and extra layer of hardness will protect your camper's paint, gel-coat and any vynil decals from all kinds of weather damage.

How to use?

Supplies you need: clean cloths, applicator pad, bucket of warm water, sprayable coating

Use the Ceramic coating only on the polyester or aluminum panels (sides, back, top)

1. Make sure the boat is clean and dry and somewhere inside where there is enough space, no sunlight or dust
2. Put the applicator pad and one of the cloths in the bucket of warm water
3. Wring out the cloth and pad so that it is wet but not dripping
4. Take an area of 1m²
5. Spray the sprayable coating onto the area
6. Apply the Ceramic coating to the area with the sprayable coating, make a cross of coating, and then go over that cross with vertical strokes until both ends are covered with the coating.
7. Then immediately go over the coated area with your damp cloth to collect the residue
8. Finally, go over the coated spot with a dry cloth to finish it off 

Maintenance

• The coating is generally maintenance-free and will last at least 2 years.
• Any scratches or hazing can be polished out with our ceramic polish by hand if they're small, or with polishing compound and a machine for deeper scratches.
• To boost gloss and the hydrophobic lotus-effect, wash with QP-ON Ceramic Shampoo.

Coverage

our 100ml kit contains enough coating to cover 80m² in a single layer.
this means roughly any boats under these dimensions:

Length: 7.5m

Width: 2.4m

Height: 3.1m

For normal smaller boats, our 50ml kit will cover up to 40m² in a single layer.

That roughly translates to a boat at or under these dimensions:

Length: 5.0m

Width: 1.9m

height: 2.1m

Please note; these are a rough guide and we recommend measuring your vehicle to determine surface area coverage. We have sized our bottles to be large enough for 90% of our customers, however do double-check surface area if you have a particularly large boat or yacht.
