QP-ON Camper Series - Plastic Trim Coating kit contains everything you need to coat your plastic trim parts of your camper at home.

Restoration

Over time, exterior plastic trim takes a beating from the sun and the elements. UV exposure and oxidation draw out the natural oils and plasticizers that keep the material flexible and rich in color. As these protective components break down, the trim begins to look dull, chalky, and faded, eventually becoming brittle and prone to cracking.

Our Plastic Trim Coating is specially formulated to restore and protect your vehicle’s plastic surfaces. It penetrates deep into the material to rejuvenate color, reviving that rich, dark, factory-new appearance. Once cured, it forms a durable, UV-resistant barrier that locks in the restored finish and seals out future damage from sunlight, moisture, and oxidation.

Unlike temporary dressings, this coating bonds to the surface for long-lasting protection and a true restoration, keeping your trim looking newer for longer.

How to use?

1. Make sure your camper or caravan is clean and dry 
2. Degrease the area completely using a cloth 
3. Do not spray the degreaser directly on the surface but on the cloth
4. Use a dry cloth to wipe off any left over degreaser
5. Put about 10 to 15 drops on the applicator pad
6. Apply the coating to the plastic trim, ensuring it is wet but not dripping 
7. After applying each 50 cm section, add another 10 drops to the applicator pad
8. Continue until the entire surface is coated evenly
9. Make sure you don’t miss any spots and check everything thoroughly
10. Allow it to soak in well and re-apply where necessary 
11. You do not have to wipe it of with a dry cloth, just let it dry in
12. Let it cure for the next 12 hours and avoid rain, dust, touching, and dirt

Maintenance

• The coating is generally maintenance-free and will last at least 2 years.
  
• To boost gloss and the hydrophobic lotus-effect, wash with QP-ON Ceramic Shampoo.
